Please be advised that the web portal of Public Procurement supports the external secure media for key information, KAZTOKEN, with registration certificates recorded on them, issued by National Certification Authority, Republic of Kazakhstan (NCA RK).

NCA RK recommends to use KAZTOKEN to securely store digital signature, prevent it from copying,and to securely apply it using PIN code.

Recording the digital signature to the chip is now performed in all regional CSCs and in several district-level ones. Before the end of the year, it is to be implemented in all CSCs in Kazakhstan. Previously, such service was launched in Almaty and Astana.

You can have your digital signature recorded in your new-standard ID card (with electronic media) by operator in the following Registration Authorities.

NCA of Kazakhstan informs the users whose digital signature facilities were issued to them in the period May 2, 2012 to May 4, 2012 that, in case of any problems with usage of certificates related to inability of authentication at www.goszakup.gov.kz  and www.egov.kz,  they will need to have their certificates re-issued via user’s “Personal Office”.
